We are pleased to announce that New Kent Elementary and New Kent Middle schools are now set up to accept online payments for school-related activities. You will receive a separate announcement from each school when they are ready to accept payments. (New Kent High School and George Watkins Elementary will offer this service beginning in September 2012).
If you don't have access to a computer, don't worry-we will still be accepting checks or cash, as well. We're just hoping that this will benefit those of you who prefer using online services.
Because cafeteria accounts are processed through Food Services, you will still need to write a check or send cash for your child's cafeteria account. If you have any questions, please call the bookkeeper at your child's school:

Here are the instructions for making online payments for your child's activities:

Follow the link above or use the Online Payment link on the left.

Click on the school that your child attends.

Click on "Sign In" and register as a user (Complete the "New Users" section).

Select the Activity for which you will be paying.
- Make sure you select the correct activity, teacher, and/or grade level for which you will be paying.
- You will need your child's student ID number which is the same number your child uses when purchasing food in the cafeteria. If your child does not remember his/her number, you may call the school to obtain it or use the last five digits on the student's report card.

Add the activity to your cart and pay using your credit/debit card
- An OSP fee of 4% + .35 cents will be added at checkout.

An email will be sent to your child's teacher/sponsor and to the school bookkeeper to inform them that payment has been made. Please print a receipt for your records, as well.
