I received my Bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and my Master's from the University of Virginia. Both of my degrees are in Chemical Engineering. After college I held various technical and management positions in Manufacturing and Research & Development for Philip Morris USA. I subsequently started my own consulting business doing primarily computer‑related work such as teaching people how to use their computers, troubleshooting system problems, and setting up web sites. I then accepted a position at the Chesapeake Bay Governor's School where I taught pre-calculus and calculus in addition to setting up and maintaining the school's e‑mail and web site. I joined the NKHS faculty in August 2005. |
